15 plank step out with slider (each side)
15 squat walk (each side)
I can't remember for the life of me

3X
10 plank slider arm circles (not sure what to call it)
15 glute bridge with abductor
20 bosu squat jumps

out of town next week for the Best Friends No More Homeless Pet's conference

Bailey's birthday party yesterday was a huge hit!!
