I had my first PB today in a van full of people unable to escape. It was rather humiliating. Now I feel really bloated and my stomach is kind of sore, is this normal?
Away from home until1 September and will have very limited access to a computer.
BTW, boss had very little to say about my funky hair.
Oh gosh - what a horrible place for that to happen :( My belly didn't hurt afterwards, I let things rest for 10 minutes and tried again.

I'm lucky...I haven't had a PB episode yet...Fingers crossed!
