Weight was 166.6. I did a lot of mindless eating yesterday so I am not surprised it was up a little. I also slacked off on water because I was in a meeting and didn't want to have to leave to pee every 5 minutes. I know it will go down.
Workout update....
Monday I went to aquajogging on Monday night. HMF text messaged me and said she wouldn't be there so I almost backed out, even called and told Dennis I wasn't going to go after all. But about 30 minutes before class started I started thinking that I didn't want HMF to dictate my exercise. That is entirely up to me. She is going to keep me from gaining my weight back. So I grabbed my gym/pool bag and walked out the door. I am still having some problems with my knee but it is supposed to take 6 weeks for it to take effect. I hope it kicks in soon, I think it is worse now then it was before.
Tonight is boot camp H2O. I had a blast last week!! They had 5 stations set up and you did each station for 1 minute each. After each round we did 6 minutes of pretty intense cardio (treading water with just your legs trying to keep your chest out of the water).
I really like to do pool exercises this time of year!!
I had to go to the grocery store last night which I hate doing. I know we have hardly any food at home, but after getting out in the 105 degree heat, nothing looked good. I ended up buying a cartload of fruit and some deli meat. I had watermelon for dinner last night. I have always had a hard time eating when it is hot outside.
Just ready for summer to be over already so I can enjoy being outside!!
Next week is going to be interesting. Dennis' brother and his family are going to be in town. We call them the royal family - it's a long story. I could write a book about the antics of the royal family but I won't bore you with it. Lets just say that it has gotten to the point that Dennis wanted to call his brother and tell him that he needs to stay home and keep his wife away from their parents until the latest round of issues are resolved. They will be here sometime this weekend. Let the games begin.
